  • When will my order ship?

    Orders placed on in stock items will ship between 1-2 business days ( 90% of orders  placed before 2pm will go out next day). This does not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.

    ***For Holiday Season we will ship all packages within a day***

  • What if I order a back ordered item?

    You will be notified of when your item will be in stock. Most cases items ship within 1-2 weeks. In some instances it could ship within a few days depending on when we are expecting that shipment. 

  • What if I need my package EXPRESS or Next Day?

    Place your order before 4pm Monday-Friday (Saturday & Sunday orders will go out on following business day). Choose Priority Mail EXPRESS Shipping at checkout. NOT Priority Mail, this is NOT Next Day, it is 2-3 Day.

  • Where does my order ship from?

    From our Atlanta, GA Boutique ChrissyK’s. Check us out on Google  

  • How long does my order take to arrive?

    It depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Note that these timeframes are estimates that depend on the carrier.
    ????Free Shipping: Depending On Weight Of Item(s) Purchased Shipping Will Be Either First Class Or Priority Mail.
    ????USPS First Class Mail 3-5 Days
    ????USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Days
    ????USPS Priority Mail EXPRESS Next Day
    ????USPS International 1-2 Weeks.
    ????Pick Up In Store(ATLANTA/GA Customers ONLY): Pick up anytime during normal business hours.

  • How do I track & know when my order has shipped?

    Once label is generated you will receive notification and tracking number in your email provided on your order.   

  • How do I view my orders?

    Be sure to create account when checking out so that you can login and keep track of all orders placed. 
     

  • How do I know when my order has been delivered?

    Once carrier has delivered your order you will receive an email notification to the email provided on your order.   

  • What if I get a delivery notification but I don’t see my package?

    First check your mailbox, not just doorstep. Secondly, give it another 24-48 hours to show up as we have experience with packages saying delivered to customer but showed up 1-4 days later. Lastly after all previous steps have been completed but item still hasn’t came email us at support@chrissyks.club

  • Can I pick up my order?

    Yes. You can pick up your order at our Atlanta Boutique anytime during business hours.  Monday-Friday 1:30-6pm, Saturday 10am-3pm.

  • Can I shop in store?

    Yes, you can shop in store anytime during normal business hours. No appointment needed. Monday-Friday 1:30-6pm, Saturday 10am-3pm.
