Rapid Weight loss/management Regimen
Starting regimen (recommended):
1 capsule by mouth once daily every morning 30 mins to an hour before breakfast for 2 weeks to a month
Advanced regimen (recommended):
One capsule in the morning and the second capsule 4 to 6 hours later (avoid taking the 2nd dose at least
