T-Therapy Can Grant ALL of Your Wishes and More

You DO understand that we are all born with testosterone and as we enter puberty and adulthood it reaches a peak.  Around 35 years of age, this peak starts to slowly go the other direction…UUUUGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!

For years, docs assumed all of the symptoms listed above came with age and there wasn’t much we could do.

Until 1935 came and changed the future of medicine AND a Bull named, “Fu Man Choo!”  JK…we don’t know what the bulls name was, but we CAN tell you what was discovered.

It all started when Enrest Lacquer separated testosterone from a bull for medical use.  Then, along came Adolf Butenandt, the man who discovered the need for testosterone and the effects of Low-T in males. Next, it was discovered a few years later that low-T effects women too, often just as much as men.  Finally, it’s 2021 and anyone can relish in the benefits of testosterone therapy.  Thank You Fu Man Choo…Thank You!

If you can’t lose the weight, can’t feel great, can’t sleep, can’t cope, can’t look in the mirror naked, can’t get up, or can’t get IT up, then WAKE UP!  What are you waiting for and what do you have to lose?  A few inches around your waistline…that’s all!  So give us a CALL Today!

If you’re one of those hard heads…

Here are some of the things you might be eating that will diminish your testosterone level:

  1. Soy products

Soy foods, such as tofu, edamame, and soy protein isolates, contain phytoestrogens. These compounds are physically similar to the estrogen in the body and function in a similar way.

Studies show that breast tenderness and estrogen concentrations returned to normal after men stopped using soy products.

The researchers suggested that phytoestrogens in soy might affect the body without changing the body’s hormone levels, which could cause symptoms of high estrogen.

  1. Dairy products

Many people looking to raise their testosterone levels might choose to avoid dairy products. This may be because some cow’s milk contains synthetic or natural hormones, which might affect a person’s testosterone levels.

Also, animal feed may contain soy, which could increase the levels of estrogen in the cow’s milk.

  1. Alcohol

Anyone with concerns about their testosterone levels might also consider giving up or limiting drinking alcohol. This may be especially true for males.

While some studies have found evidence that a small amount of alcohol increases testosterone levels in men, this is generally not the case. As a study posted to Current Alcohol Abuser Center’s notes, heavy drinking or regular drinking over long periods causes a decrease of testosterone in males.

The paper also notes that alcohol consumption causes an increase in testosterone levels in women.

  1. Mint

Peppermint and spearmint may make a calming tea, but the menthol may reduce testosterone levels.

According to a study in Advanced Pharmaceutical Bulletin, scientists treated female rats with polycystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) with spearmint essential oil to test its effects on the disorder. Researchers noted that spearmint essential oil reduced testosterone levels in these rats.

A review also noted that there is some high-quality evidence showing that mint lowers testosterone levels in women with PCOS. However, there is not enough high-quality evidence surrounding the effect of the herb in general.

  1. Bread, pastries, and desserts

A study in the journal Nutrients linked a diet high in bread, pastries, and other desserts to low total testosterone levels in Taiwanese men. Additional factors included high dairy consumption, eating out regularly, and not eating enough dark green vegetables.

According to the article, these men also had decreased muscle mass and increased body fat.

  1. Licorice root

A study in Integrated Medicine Research notes that licorice root can reduce testosterone in healthy women during menstrual cycles. Animal studies also show that licorice supplementation can reduce testosterone levels.

  1. Certain fats

The type of fat a person eats may also affect their testosterone levels and function. A study looked at the dietary patterns of young, healthy men in regards to their hormone levels and testicular function.

Their research indicated that eating trans fats may lower testosterone levels in the body. They also found that too many omega-6 fatty acids appear to reduce testicular size and function.

However, eating plenty of polyunsaturated Omega-3 fatty acids may increase testicle size and improve function. The researchers called for more studies to confirm their findings, but people who are worried about their testosterone levels may want to avoid trans fats and limit omega-6 fats.

Now… What to Eat To INCREASE T-Levels…According to Healthline.com

  1. Tuna

Tuna is rich in vitamin D, which has been linked to a longer life and testosterone production. It’s also a heart-healthy, protein-rich food that’s low in calories.

Whether you choose canned or fresh, eating this fish can be a natural way of boosting testosterone. A serving of tuna fulfills your daily vitamin D needs.

If you aren’t a tuna fan, you may consider other fishy sources of vitamin D, such as salmon or sardines.

Remember that moderation is key. Aim for a max of two to three servings a week to minimize your intake of mercury, which is found in seafood.

  1. Low-fat milk with vitamin D

Milk is a great source of protein and calcium.

Children and women are encouraged to drink milk for better bone health, but milk can also keep men’s bones strong too. The vitamin D content may also keep testosterone levels in check.

Make sure you choose milk that’s fortified with vitamin D. Choose low fat or skim versions. They have the same nutrients as whole milk without all of the saturated fat.

  1. Egg yolks

Egg yolks are another rich source of vitamin D.

While cholesterol has a bad reputation, egg yolk contains more nutrients than egg whites.

The cholesterol of egg yolks may even help low T. As long as you don’t have any preexisting cholesterol issues, you can safely eat one egg per day.

  1. Fortified cereals

Eggs aren’t the only breakfast food that can help low T. If you have to watch your blood cholesterol, this is especially good news.

Certain cereal brands are fortified with vitamin D, not to mention other heart-healthy nutrients. Consider incorporating fortified cereals into your breakfast routine to jump-start your day and your testosterone levels.

  1. Oysters

Zinc is an essential nutrient during puberty, and its effects can keep male hormones in check throughout adulthood.

Men who have low T benefit from increasing their zinc intake if they also have zinc deficiencies. Oysters are good sources of this mineral.

  1. Shellfish

An occasional serving of crab or lobster may do your testosterone levels some good. This is thanks in part to the zinc content in these seafood favorites.

Alaskan king crab has 43 percent of your daily value of zinc in just a 3-ounce serving.

  1. Beef

There are real health concerns about the overconsumption of red meat. Not only do some cuts have more fat than poultry, but eating too much is also linked to certain cancers, such as colon cancer.

Still, some cuts of beef have nutrients that can boost testosterone. Beef liver is an exceptional source of vitamin D, while ground beef and chuck roast contain zinc.

To keep animal fats in check, choose only lean cuts of beef and avoid eating it every day.

  1. Beans

When it comes to male-hormone health, beans may offer more benefits than you think. Many legumes, such as chickpeas, lentils, and baked beans, are all considered good sources of zinc.

As a bonus, these foods are full of fiber and plant-based proteins that can protect your heart health.

Beyond Our Products

Living a healthy lifestyle may seem like a pipe dream.  In all honesty, everyone feels this way before they start.  Yep, that’s right, even the healthiest of healthy people once were unhealthy too.  It takes one decision at a time, when the results come, the next decision is easier.  Finally, by decision 20, you’re the healthiest you’ve ever been and can’t remember what it was like living any other way.  Being healthy FEELS amazing!  It feels better than a cheeseburger, better than an old fashioned, better than a banana split and WAY better than pants that are too tight.  All it takes is one change leading into another change, until you’re eventually a completely changed person for the better.  We believe in you, now we want you to believe in you…even if it’s the first time ever.

Tip of the Day…

How long has it been since you’ve just ENJOYED a moment in your life?  We are talking genuine JOY?  We bet it’s been longer than you realize.  It may be time for you to stop, look around, take a minute and find the JOY in your life again.  Maybe you’ve been married to your best friend for 35 years and forgot how cool it felt to have someone willing to stick by your hard-headed side.  Find the humble joy in that, we aren’t people that are equipped to stay the course through thick and thin.  If you’ve found someone willing to do this, BE JOYFUL and thankful.

Maybe you’ve been at the same company for 20 years and starting to feel complacent.  We’ve just been through a pandemic that was worse on our economy than the crash of 2008.  If you still have a job and an honest pay, consider yourself within the top 10% of blessed.

It’s all about perspective.  We see the world however we choose to see it.

This is a story about a girl who complained and complained to her mother because she always felt like she had thin, ugly hair.  She constantly wished for longer, fuller, thicker hair and was never ok with the head of hair she was given.  Her mother always said, “at least you have hair!”  That was her mother’s answer every time the girl complained.  Then one day, she met a young lady with Leukemia at the age of 15.  This young lady lost all of her hair due to the treatment for the disease but was full of gratitude.  When the girl inquired, she said, I was so sick and now I am not.  I would lose my hair 10 more times to never feel the way I felt before we knew I had Leukemia.  It’s all about perspective.  How do you see your world today?  Are you thankful and blessed? Even for the littlest thing…the more gratitude we put out into the world, the more joy we will feel.  It’s inevitable.  Try it, you won’t be disappointed.  Cheers to New Perspective!
