    About

    Divine IV & Wellness is owned and operated by Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Amy Berkhout.  She is native to Arizona and obtained a bachelor’s in Health Promotion in 2001 before going on to get her bachelor’s in Nursing in 2004, both from NAU.  In 2013, she graduated with her master’s in Nursing from NAU to be able to treat patient’s how she saw fit, allowing for more time with each patient to really understand that person as a whole and get to the root cause of each health concern.
    Her passion lies in promoting health and wellbeing, both inside and out.
    Amy values family and intentionality, which is why she and her husband, Joost, formed Divine IV & Wellness.  She feels blessed to work alongside her husband, mother Nan (works front desk), and best friend and certified PEMF and alternative treatment therapist, Jenny.
