    Candice Moore FNP-C, is a Family Nurse Practitioner certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. Candice grew up in Northwest Arkansas and spent the latter part of her childhood in Austin, Texas. She earned her Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2008. She served as bedside nurse striving to usher her patients back to health in the medical intensive care unit. She later relocated to Dallas where the cardiovascular intensive care unit became her home. After 8 years of recovering open heart surgical patients she obtained her Masters of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

    Candice provides care for patients of all ages. She enjoys bonding with and treating patients with chronic and acute diseases. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, international travel, exercising and watching movies.
