Dr. David Wilgarde has been a resident of the Coachella Valley for the past 25 years. He is board certified in several medical specialties including internal medicine, physical medicine and rehabilitation, electrodiagnostic medicine, and a sub specialty certification in pain medicine. He has a special interest in bio-identical hormones and was trained by Dr. Neal Rouzier.
