    About

    Dr. Rachael McCracken, D.O created Primary Care Simplified (PCS) to make getting medical care simple while emphasizing the importance and benefits of close doctor-patient relationships. Dr. McCracken received her medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, and her Masters of Science in Health Care Administration from Oklahoma State University at the Tulsa campus. She pursued her postgraduate medical training in Family Medicine through the University of Oklahoma’s Rural Family Medicine residency program. 

     Her passion has always been to provide patients with the right resources to make meaningful lifestyle changes through open communication and holistic health solutions. To give patients the best options and a big picture approach to their hormone-related health concerns, she follows her 6 Pillars to Energize:
