Dr. Robert Anderson

Meet Dr. Robert G. Anderson, the Medical Director of the Fort Worth and Weatherford plastic surgery centers. Dr. Anderson is board certified in both plastic surgery and otolaryngology (head and neck) surgery. He currently limits his practice to plastic surgery with an emphasis on cosmetic plastic surgery, melanomas and reconstruction after cancer. As a member of both the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the prestigious American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, Dr. Anderson maintains a firm commitment to patient education and the advancement of plastic surgery. He spent over five years as a full-time faculty member in the Department of Surgery at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School at Dallas and has been a member of the editorial board of the Selected Readings in Plastic Surgery since 1987. He is the author of monographs on Melanomas and Facial Nerve Surgery and has written numerous scientific articles and book chapters.
