Kristi Fury, CFNP

Founded in 2014 by Kristi Fury-Hazen, CFNP, Duke City Health is a direct primary care medical practice that views the patient and doctor as a team of equals working together to help patients reach their healthcare goals. She believes most medications only treat symptoms instead of the underlying cause of the patient’s health issues. After experiencing the benefits of hormone replacement therapy herself – sleeping better, more energy and mental clarity, overall renewed sense of well being – Kristi became a certified EvexiPEL provider in 2016.

Today, she provides her community with the same healthcare advances she experienced, administering direct primary care, pellet therapy and related treatments that “truly make a difference in my patients’ health.”
