With over 23 years of experience in the nursing field, Laura Varga Sterl knew she wanted to help people reach an even higher level of health. After years of practice, she realized that she had a gift in the field of weight loss and guiding people on the right path to achieve their goals.

When she decided to become a Nurse Practitioner she had already expressed an interest in the field of Diabetes. As she began her practice in an outpatient clinic over 10 years ago, she realized that she was gifted in the field of weight loss and helping people realize what they needed to do to achieve their goals. From then on, she has been doing more for people who had the desire to make changes in their life.

She began to explore opportunities. She knew as a Nurse Practitioner she was limited in what she could do to make my services available to everyone. So, Sterl began researching the field of Health Coaching and become a health coach to allow her to reach more people!
