    Prior to becoming a physician, Dr. Monts was a Registered Nurse. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Lynchburg College and attended Baylor College of Medicine for her medical degree and her residency training in Clinical Pathology. She completed subspecialty fellowship training in Blood Banking and Transfusion Medicine from Florida Blood Services. After working as a clinical pathologist and transfusion specialist for over 20 years, she decided to change her focus to procedural medicine and started practicing medical aesthetics.

    She is the owner and Medical Director of Face Today Aesthetics, PLLC, located in Longview, Texas. Dr. Monts and her husband have five handsome sons, two daughters-in-law, three girlfriends-in-law, two precious grandbabies and one adorable grandpuppy. They enjoy playing guitars, making wine, boating, laughing and spending time with their family and friends.
