Tammy Slade-Florez MS FNP has been a Nurse Practitioner for over 25 years.  She has a passion for helping patients to obtain their optimal level of health and wellness.   She worked in an Internal medicine practice since 1995.  She became interested in age management and hormone replacement therapies in 2004 when she began feeling the effects of hormone depletion.  She is currently certified in Advanced Bioidentical Hormone Replacement therapies since 2017.  While continuing her education she has learned about modalities that help to improve sexual function and perform.  Our practice is dedicated to providing treatments that promote sexual well-being, age management and advance rejuvenation aesthetics.
