Even small habits make a big difference, some for our good, some to our detriment. Habits can affect every aspect of our lives, especially our health and wellbeing. While some people find it easy to create healthy habits, others cannot stop unhealthy ones no matter how hard they try.

In this lunchtime workshop we will explore:

  • How your daily habits affect your life, health and relationships
  • What habits are and where they reside in your body
  • When a behavior becomes a habit
  • How to recognize triggers
  • What to do about the habits you have now

And we will answer the burning question:  Can a habit really be stopped or developed in 21 days?

Light lunch will be served. RSVP required by 6:00pm Thursday, April 18.
