How Do I Become a Trainer?

Step 1: Take the course you want to be certified in (EITHER attend a public workshop OR participate in an in-house session that your company runs).

Step 2: Go through an accreditation process with one of our master facilitators (typically 2-3 days).

Step 3: Do a dry run for some of your people and debrief with the master facilitator.

Step 4: Perform an optional co-teach with the master facilitator.

Can I Earn a Certificate Upon Completing The Course? Professional Development Units?

Yes. We provide digital badges upon completion of all one- and two-day participants of Think on Your Feet workshops. You can add these to your email signature, LinkedIn Licenses & certifications and apply for Professional Development Units with it!

If your organization doesn’t have enough people for an on-site program, you can send individuals to one of our public workshops. Public sessions follow the same curriculum and timeline as in-house.
