My name is Britt and I am the Events Manager for Nava Health & Vitality.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
I am passionate about health and wellness, so being a part of the Nava Team is very exciting for me, both personally and professionally!<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We plan to feature a variety of events at our Nava Centers. Because we are focused on integrative wellness, we have the opportunity to showcase specific modalities and integrative programs with our event series.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Our goal is to host fun, informative and educational events at our Centers. We want to offer our local community and clients the opportunity to learn more about integrative wellness in a participatory and engaging way.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We are just four days away from our next event at the Center and I hope to see plenty of new faces!<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
This next event should resonate with just about everyone. We are featuring our Director of Acupuncture Tom Ingegno, and he will be sharing how acupuncture helps to manage stress and fatigue. Tom will be performing a live demonstration of specific techniques.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
We will also feature a few healthy bites for all attendees.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
So please join us this\u00a0Thursday, March 13th at 7:00 PM<\/strong>\u00a0in our Columbia Maryland Center.<\/div>\n
