Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.<\/li>\n<li>Allow the granola mixture to cool fully after baking.<\/li>\n<li>Make the <strong>yogurt layer<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>Combine the Greek yogurt or Coconut cream with one tablespoon maple syrup and \u00bd teaspoon vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>Mix using a hand mixer until smooth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Make the <strong>pumpkin layer<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>Combine the pumpkin, one tablespoon of maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon.<\/li>\n<li>Mix using a hand mixer until smooth.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Build your parfaits.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Building Your Parfaits<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol>\n<li>Gather your 8 oz cups.<\/li>\n<li>To the bottom of the cup, add the <strong>granola mixture<\/strong>.
