Irving, Texas \u2013 April 27, 2016 \u2013 The Expo Group is pleased to announce the fifth annual The Expo Group Exhibit Marketer of the Year Award was presented to Keith Tomaszewski of Johnson Controls at the E2MA Red Diamond Congress Awards ceremony yesterday.<\/p>\n

Keith has worked at Johnson Controls for nearly 21 years and has served as Exhibit Manager since 1997.\u00a0 In this role, Keith manages more than 250 local, regional and national exhibits. Known as a \u201cpro\u2019s pro\u201d, Keith possesses the qualities all outstanding exhibit marketers need including grace, good humor, patience and outstanding customer service skills. He is currently a member of the Exhibit & Event Marketing Association and has been involved with the creation and development of many Exhibit Advisory Teams.\u00a0 Keith is also proud to mentor those starting their careers in Exhibit Marketing.<\/p>\n

In addition to a custom EMY crystal trophy, a check for $500 has been sent in his name to the Reverb Youth Group at Spooner Wesleyan Church to help with their efforts in Project Freedom, an anti-trafficking program from World Hope International.<\/p>\n

The EMY Award was created by The Expo Group in 2012 to honor unsung heroes of the event and exhibit marketing world. Demonstrating value, marketplace engagement and multi-channel initiatives are among the criteria that are reviewed by the award\u2019s independent panel of judges.<\/p>\n

Another signature awards event, The Expo Group Show Manager of the Year award, now in its 15^{th<\/sup>\u00a0year, will be presented in October. Nominations can be made year-round for either award by visiting theexpogroup.com.<\/p>\n}
