Nominations Period Open for The Expo Group Exhibit Marketer of the Year Award<\/strong>

Irving, Texas \u2013 May 7, 2014 \u2013 Nominations are now being accepted for the awards program honoring exhibit marketers who exemplify excellence in their field.<\/p>\n

The Expo Group Exhibit Marketer of the Year award will be presented at the 2014 E2MA Red Diamond Congress Gala in Chicago this July to someone who is making a difference in their organization through effective strategic and logistical exhibit management.<\/p>\n

An independent panel of judges will review the nominees and are looking for those exhibit marketers who demonstrate value, actively engage their audiences and capitalize most effectively on the power of face-to-face marketing. EMY winners are found at all levels of organizations, showing that titles are not a factor, nor does the size of the exhibits or events for which the nominee is responsible. In fact, the award was renamed this year to allow for a more inclusive representation of event professionals, or #eventprofs as they are known on social media.<\/p>\n

It is free and easy to nominate yourself, a colleague or a client. The award is open to any event professional in North America, whether or not their company has a business relationship with The Expo Group.<\/p>\n

The 2014 EMY winner will receive a crystal obelisk trophy to proudly display along with a $500 donation to the charity or educational institution of their choice. Nominate an exhibit marketer for the 2014 EMY awards online now<\/a>. Deadline is June 27, 2014.<\/p>\n
