Irving, Texas \u2013 January 27, 2017 \u2013 April Hurley, Vice President of Strategic Sales at The Expo Group, has been named to the board of directors of the renewed Exhibitor Appointed Contractor Association. This is her second term in the general contractor director seat.<\/p>\n
\u201cApril is a consummate industry professional who understands and values the spirit of cooperation and collaboration that is so important to the EACA mission,\u201c says Jim Wurm, Executive Director of the EACA.<\/p>\n
Hurley has been with The Expo Group more than 20 years working in sales, service, account management and operations in both general contracting and custom exhibit work for both association and corporate clients.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am looking forward to continuing my service on the EACA Board of Directors,\u201d Hurley says. \u201cCommunication and collaboration among all the stakeholders within an event are vital to improving the process for all.\u00a0 EACA helps make that happen.\u201d<\/p>\n
