That\u2019s exactly what our spotlighted employee did. Tarik Algam is a native Texan who joined our Finance Department earlier this year. So close to the sheltering in place order that many of us have yet to meet him!<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_6943\" style=\"width: 279px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-6943\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-6943 \" src=\"https:\/\/c1mdevsite.com\/theexpogroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/tarik2-295x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"269\" height=\"274\" srcset=\"https:\/\/c1mdevsite.com\/theexpogroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/tarik2-295x300.jpg 295w, https:\/\/c1mdevsite.com\/theexpogroup.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/tarik2.jpg 752w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 269px) 100vw, 269px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-6943\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Tarik Algam<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Tarik was looking for a career improvement with an established and stable company, which led him to The Expo Group.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDuring the interview process, I looked up reviews on the company and was very impressed with the comments,\u201d he shared. \u201cI was also overwhelmed with the long tenure the employees have with the company.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Since joining, Tarik has discovered a group of very friendly, welcoming colleagues, he said.<\/p>\n<p>In his free time, Tarik does a lot of running and bike riding \u2013 he loves doing most anything outdoors \u2013 and also hunts, fishes and golfs. While he enjoys going out for Tex-Mex, Tarik also enjoys cooking on his grill or smoker, even dabbling with new recipes. So he will discover how much in common he has with many of his colleagues, just as soon as we are all back at Headquarters.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Imagine starting a new job in the middle of March 2020.
