Why is my import taking so long?

There is a lot going on behind the scenes. Web conversions in general tend to take longer than you might expect; PowerPoints especially! The PowerPoint elements must be converted to HTML elements and then that HTML must be imported into our Authoring Tool as screens which can take a while. But you don’t have to wait on it. You can navigate away from the conversion screen without affecting the conversion process itself and we will email you when the conversion is complete. We have tried to make it as convenient as possible.
