SCORM reports completion and success as two separate parameters. For completion status to be marked as complete, learners have to visit every screen of the course.

In some cases, your learner may have intentionally skipped over some screens of the course, but successfully passed the scored assessment questions.

In other cases, if the course was built in our course authoring tool and includes a scenario based assessment, a learner isn’t required to visit every screen. In order to properly report completion, the conclusion screen within the scenario should be marked off as “if a user visits this screen the group it is in will be completed.”  This way the scenario will be marked as completed when the learner reaches the conclusion,  regardless of the path taken or if there are screens that were not visited.
