If you choose the option to publish an iPad version of the course, then everything is either HTML or HTML5 (in the case of animated screens). The SCORM manifest is still there but it will not affect your ability to publish your course to a website if that is what you want. Just extract it normally to your web server and use the “launch.html” file to launch the course.
