In order for Learners to have access to a course, it must be active. To activate a course, navigate to Course Management > My Courses. Select Edit for the applicable course and ensure a check mark is added to the Active box in the Course Edit options.

Another reason why this course may not be available, is because it’s been set up with pre-requisites and these have not yet been met by the learner.
