Yes you can upload your own certificate template but it must be in SVG format. You can use Adobe Illustrator to convert your file to SVG. The fields that self-populate need to remain, however they can be moved around to different locations on the certificate. You can also add your own custom fields from the user management to the certificate.
The recommended image size is 774px wide by 600px high.
