1. Click on the “Role” tab. The screen will display the current list of roles.
  2. Click on “Create new”.

  1. Complete the fields in the Role Details screen. *Required fields are marked with an asterisk.
  2. Click “Save”.

Role details

  • Role Title: Add a name or title for this role.
  • Role code: Add a code for this role.
  • Description: Add a description for this role.
  • Meta: Add keywords or descriptions related to this specific role to be used to assist with searches and report filtering etc.
  • Select: Use this to upload and display a role flow diagram or organizational chart.
