Roles allow you to group learners into specific role titles. Learning activities such as courses, assessments, and Learning Paths can then be assigned to specific roles. Completion reports can also be pulled by role.
The Role Tab is used to view a list of existing roles, create new role titles, view the users associated to a particular role and view the learning activities assigned to a particular role.

Note: Assigning jobs to specific learners is completed during learner setup. Refer to: User Management and Enroll Users for details.
